This boat went through Hurricane Matthew and lost it’s mast and got a few dings on the gunnels and bow pulpit. also the mast foot is damaged and needs to be replaced. The photos show what was damaged.
There is no anchor windless in the anchor locker.

There are no quotes to repair the vessel. The best plan would be to motor 70 miles to Florida and do the repairs there where items are cheaper and no high cost of shipping.
The vessel is flagged in Canada and the seller is very motivated to sell her.
This boat is not Bahamas Duty paid and a Bahamian buyer would have to pay the duty.
In addition to the purchase price there is an additional VAT of 7.5%
