Two additional features are what makes this boat so special. One is the steel roof which lowers the temperature about 10 degrees on the upper deck. The other is the solar panels on top of the steel roof and inverter which powers the lights, switches, freezers, etc. This makes it so the gererator has to be run very little of the time. Maybe, a half hour on a cloudy morning for coffee or an hour in the evening to heat up the water to do the dishes. Saves on gallons and gallons of gas for the week.
Currently, there are 13 owners of 21 weeks. Some own multiple weeks, they love it so much!
This very well maintained boat is owner managed and run. There is no Time Share management company charging high fees and making all the decisions. This boat is well loved and the owners take pride in it and wonderful care of it. You’ll be part of a well funded joint ownership group that has been houseboating on Lake Powell for over 35 years.
Lake Powell is one of the most beautiful destinations a person can visit. People from around the world flock to the lake, to spend some time there. If you compare the price of a Lake Powell houseboat rental for seven days during the third week of August with the price of buying this share, you will quickly see the benefits of shared ownership. Don’t throw your money down the drain with a rental houseboat.
